AstonJet is looking for a passionate and experienced VIP Flight Attendant to operate on the Dassault Falcon 7X based in Kuala Lumpur (WMSA), Malaysia. As the face of the in-flight experience, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service with professionalism and discretion. Responsibilities include managing onboard inventory, coordinating with suppliers, ensuring impeccable cabin preparation, and upholding the highest safety standards. This role primarily supports charter operations with the added opportunity to serve on exclusive owner flights.
Key Responsibilities:
As a VIP Flight Attendant, you will welcome clients and deliver exceptional, personalised service, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout the flight. You will ensure the safety and security of all clients during the flight, adhering to all aviation regulations and protocols. Your responsibilities include providing high-quality in-flight services, including meal and beverage service, amenity distribution, and entertainment assistance. You will collaborate with your flight crew to ensure smooth operations and a flawless customer journey. Additionally, you will manage aircraft inventory, coordinate orders, and maintain supplier relationships to ensure all requirements are met. You will also prepare and organise in-flight services, ensuring all details are meticulously handled prior to each flight, while coordinating with the sales department to address client feedback, special requests, and specific needs for an enhanced service experience.
Conditions:
- Contract: Full-time, Permanent Employment.
- Salary: Commensurate with experience.
- Roster: 20 days ON – 10 days OFF, including paid leave.
Requirements
The successful candidate must be fluent in English, with proficiency in other languages considered advantageous. They should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally and positively with high-profile clients. A customer-focused mindset, exceptional service skills, attention to detail, a solution-oriented approach, and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential. Candidates must be organised, discreet, and adaptable to the changing needs of the client and operations. Proven experience working in business aviation on heavy jets is essential, along with knowledge in wines, fine dining, and multi-cultural etiquette. An unrestricted passport and the right to live and work in Malaysia are required. Applicants must either reside within a 2-hour call-out time from the airport base or be willing to relocate.
