Air Serbia is currently seeking a Premium Lounge Host/Hostess to join their team at Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport. This role involves ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of guests in the Air Serbia Premium Lounge.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Premium Lounge Host/ess, you will be consistent in providing a high level of service and maintaining a strong and visible presence to ensure a comprehensive customer experience for lounge guests. You will play an active role in case of flight delays in cooperation with operations and guest communication services, ensuring all Premium guests are taken care of in a timely and efficient manner. You will ensure that complaints and/or compliments are acknowledged without delay and acted upon according to the prescribed rules and procedures. Acting as an ambassador of AIR SERBIA, you will provide superior service and fulfill various roles such as receptionist, concierge, and host/ess while attending to all guest needs. You will maintain the OTP standard by ensuring all guests leave the lounge at the appropriate time for their flight. Additionally, you will maintain hygienic and aesthetic standards of the bar, including ambient conditions such as temperature, furniture arrangement, and lighting. You will set and oversee the bar in line with presentation standards regarding availability, variety, and layout, and will take care of product quality, temperature, and service standards. You will also ensure safety at the bar by applying all operational standards for equipment and processes, resolve guest complaints to uphold service standards, and handle orders, serve beverages, refill supplies, and manage clearance
Requirements
The successful candidate must have a high school diploma (IV), excellent and active English language skills, and computer literacy. A minimum of 1 year of work experience is also required.
