    Premier Private Jets is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Flight Coordinator to lead outbound sales campaigns and build strong relationships with potential clients. This dynamic role is responsible for coordinating and arranging all Premier Private Jet charter flights. The ideal candidate will bring client-focused customer service, solid flight operations knowledge, and a strong understanding of CFR 14 Parts 91 and 135. Responsibilities also include fuel management, charter scheduling, owner services, and aviation dispatch—all within a collaborative, team-driven environment focused on delivering exceptional service to PPJ clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    As a Flight Coordinator, you will notify and brief all crew members associated with scheduled trips and maintain communications with the crew while assisting with all crew-related travel plans. You will forecast and communicate any operational issues that may affect the successful completion of a flight to clients and appropriate departments. Your role includes actively flight following by monitoring all aircraft movements both in the air and on the ground, coordinating aircraft towing and fueling as necessary, and planning fueling needs for all trips while communicating with pilots. You will assist in crew scheduling and resource utilization with the Chief Pilot and Director of Operations, and book hotels, airlines, and crew meals for crew members on duty travel. Additionally, you will document and ensure compliance with PPJ contractual obligations to clients, proactively resolve client issues and disputes by coordinating with the Sales team when necessary, and monitor daily weather and airport conditions to ensure uninterrupted operations. You will also participate in daily operations meetings, utilize charter software efficiently by incorporating scheduling updates, airport and aircraft information, maintenance alerts, aircraft times, and invoicing. The role also requires you to strive toward meeting daily, monthly, and annual operations goals.


    Requirements

    The successful candidate must have experience with and an understanding of corporate aircraft operations and FAA regulations CFR 14 FAR 91 and 135. A college degree is required, with an aviation or business degree preferred. An FAA Dispatch Certificate or Pilot Certificate is also preferred. The candidate should have experience working with Jet Insight, and must be able to perform work in an office setting with prolonged periods of sedentary activity. A flexible work schedule is required to accommodate various changing shifts, including weekdays, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
