Elit’Avia is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Flight Care Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity to join a premium aviation company where you will play a key role in ensuring clients receive the highest level of care before, during, and after their flights. You will be responsible for managing flight-related services, anticipating client needs, and working closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless and outstanding travel experience.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Flight Care Specialist, you will maintain a comprehensive overview of all flights and ensure consistent communication with clients regarding flight status, restrictions, and operational issues. You will proactively inform clients of any operational restrictions or changes, offering alternative solutions as needed to enhance their experience. Ensuring timely, clear, and accurate communication with clients via phone, email, or other channels, you will address inquiries and provide ongoing support. You will monitor client satisfaction and continuously seek opportunities to improve the client experience. You will independently process flight requests and any additional ancillary services, arrange chauffeur transport, helicopter, and aircraft sub-charter services, and ensure all details are handled efficiently and professionally. Flights and services will be organized to meet the specific needs of each client, offering tailored solutions and personalized care. You will work closely with various departments such as Flight OPS, Safety, and Dispatch to coordinate all flight-related operations and ensure the highest level of service. Additionally, you will assist with managing necessary flight documentation including permits, clearances, and licenses in cooperation with the Flight Ops team. You will ensure all necessary documentation for flight operations is procured and tracked, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and ElitAvia standards. In collaboration with the Flight OPS, Safety Manager, and Dangerous Goods Manager, you will ensure the safe transport of hazardous and specialized cargo.
Requirements
The successful candidate must have previous experience in aviation, flight operations, client services, or a related field. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with the ability to provide professional and high-end support to high-profile clients. Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail, the ability to handle multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively are required. The candidate must demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and anticipating client needs, have familiarity with flight operations, aviation documentation, and regulatory compliance, and be proficient in using computer systems, flight monitoring tools, and relevant software to manage flight data and client services. The ability to quickly adapt to new technology and systems to enhance operational efficiency, as well as flexibility and availability for after-hours support, is also necessary.
