Description
Neos is looking for Not Certified Flight Attendants to join its team at the Milan Malpensa base. The airline is seeking dynamic, highly motivated, and customer-oriented individuals. Selected candidates will undergo a training internship of approximately four months, designed to prepare them for full integration into the role and workplace environment.
Requirements
The successful candidate must be aged 18 or over and hold a high school degree. Fluent knowledge of Italian and English is required, with a minimum level of B1. Candidates must possess a valid EU passport, maintain an accurate image, and demonstrate good swimming ability and visual acuity (contact lenses allowed). The minimum height requirement is 165 cm, with the ability to reach 212 cm on tiptoe with arms outstretched, without shoes or support. No tattoos or piercings should be visible while wearing the uniform. Applicants must have no criminal record, hold a category B driving licence, and display a predisposition to interpersonal relationships. The ability to work effectively under pressure, a strong attitude toward teamwork, flexibility, punctuality, proactivity, and adaptability are essential. Willingness to work on shifts, including night shifts, and to undergo vaccination against yellow fever is also required.
