Chevron Corporate Aviation Services is looking to hire a full-time Flight Attendant for its Houston-based operation. The ideal candidate will be a flexible team player, delivering top-notch service to senior executive leadership. This role involves travel to complex locations worldwide and requires experience with advanced planning to ensure seamless and exceptional inflight service.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Flight Attendant, you will conduct thorough aircraft safety checks, ensuring equipment is onboard and operable. You will perform live safety demonstrations, direct and assist passengers during emergencies, and provide medical support and life-saving care during onboard medical incidents. Ensuring the cabin is secured in compliance with federal regulations before take-off and landing is essential. You will also plan and procure creative meals that meet passenger dietary needs, ensuring that adequate food, supplies, and equipment are onboard for every flight while adhering to strict food safety standards and maintaining associated credentials. Additional responsibilities include performing initial cabin setup and post-flight shutdown, configuring passenger requests and preferences, and troubleshooting cabin-related issues using GCMS. Delivering a high level of service to passengers to ensure their safety and comfort, participating in pre-flight and post-flight briefings, coordinating trip details with the pilot team, and practicing stellar CRM at all times are key aspects of the role. You will also be required to perform assigned collateral duties as needed.
Requirements
The successful candidate must have a high school diploma, while a bachelor's degree is a plus. A minimum of five years of corporate flight attendant experience is required, with a preference for worldwide and challenging destinations. Knowledge of federal regulations, a valid first aid training certificate, and a valid flight attendant-specific training credential from FlightSafety, Aircare FACTS, or similar are preferred. This role demands a high degree of safety knowledge and a passion for aviation safety. Culinary training and extensive food knowledge are required, along with experience in large corporate aircraft, preferably the G650ER. Proficiency in GCMS is required, and a Gulfstream GCMS training certificate is a plus. The candidate must demonstrate excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact professionally with senior-level executives. A valid U.S. passport or legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
