TAG Aviation is looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Freelance Flight Attendant to join its team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and exceptional service of passengers throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Freelance Flight Attendant, you will provide exemplary customer service to satisfy and exceed customer expectations while responding to passenger requests and inquiries. You will actively seek to ensure the safety and comfort of customers, working both independently and as part of a team to accomplish tasks. Responsibilities include ensuring the safety and security of passengers and crew, assisting with pre-flight preparations and post-flight duties, managing in-flight service such as serving meals and beverages, and performing required work duties in an aircraft environment.
Requirements
The successful candidate must have a minimum of three years of corporate cabin attendant experience and be fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Should possess polished and professional interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and a customer-oriented mindset. Strong planning and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to maintain discretion regarding confidential information. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to perform well under pressure, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service with a positive attitude
