Requirements
The successful candidate must be at least 18 years old and hold a high school diploma or equivalent, with a college degree considered a plus. Fluency in English is required, and additional languages are an advantage. Candidates must possess excellent communication and customer service skills, a valid Crew Attestation Card, a valid Medical Report, and proven flight hours. The role requires frequent travel and the ability to work irregular hours. A well-groomed appearance, good swimming skills, and no visible tattoos or piercings are essential. Candidates must be able to pass a medical examination and background check. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to handle stressful or emergency situations calmly and efficiently, and flexibility with work hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, are necessary. Punctuality, assiduity, responsibility, and organization are expected, along with a willingness to travel and spend extended periods away from home.
