Clay Lacy Aviation is seeking a full-time Client Services Representative II to join its team in Oxford, CT. As a key member of the Front Office Team, Client Services Representatives (CSRs) serve as the first and last impression of the company, playing a crucial role in delivering a premium guest experience. Key Responsibilities:
As a Client Services Representative II, you will serve as a concierge to passengers and pilots, ensuring a smooth reservation, arrival, and departure experience. You will establish long-term, trusted relationships by delivering the highest level of personalized service and regularly interacting with customers and tenants to promote the FBO while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include contributing to the training and development of CSR I and other FBO employees, resolving customer complaints with escalation to a supervisor when necessary, and participating in daily interdepartmental huddle calls. You will actively collaborate with the Client Services team, Concierge, and Line Service to enhance the client experience, manage valet and greeter vehicle inventory, and ensure compliance with safety requirements per LAWA and CLA policies. Additionally, you will be responsible for producing daily reports, performing nightly closing duties, handling TAS/Avpos billing and assisting with billing disputes, tracking and updating airport restrictions and addendums, supporting accounting functions, and performing other assigned responsibilities.
The compensation for this position ranges from $26.29 to $30.50 per hour.
Requirements
The successful candidate must have a college degree in hospitality or an equivalent field, with three to five-plus years of aviation client relations experience preferred. A background in luxury hotels or the luxury hospitality industry will be considered for candidates coming from outside the network. A valid C Class driver’s license with a clean driving record is required. This position requires flexibility to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills with fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English, along with outstanding personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
