Requirements
The successful candidate must be at least 18 years old and hold a high school diploma or equivalent, with a college degree considered a plus. Fluency in English is required, and additional languages are an advantage. Candidates must possess excellent communication and customer service skills, a valid Crew Attestation Card, and a valid Medical Report. The role requires frequent travel and irregular working hours. A well-groomed appearance, good swimming skills, and no visible tattoos or piercings are essential. The candidate must be able to pass a medical examination and background check. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to handle stressful or emergency situations calmly and efficiently, and flexibility with work hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, are necessary. Punctuality, responsibility, organization, and a willingness to travel and spend extended periods away from home are also required.
