Requirements
The successful candidate must have a minimum HAVO or MBO level 3 diploma and be fluent in Dutch and English. Customer service experience is required, along with full-time availability and a maximum one-hour travel time to Schiphol-Centrum. Candidates must have a height between 1.58m and 1.85m, with no visible tattoos or tooth decorations while wearing the uniform.
Benefits and Perks
KLM Cityhopper offers a gross starting salary of €2,929.99, along with an allowance of €2,218.13 during basic training. The position comes with a 5-year employment contract, 34 vacation days plus 5 extra days off, an 8% holiday allowance, and an 8.33% year-end bonus.
