    Description

    Thrive Aviation is looking for Cabin Attendants based in Las Vegas. In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of in-flight service aboard your assigned aircraft, ensuring passengers receive unparalleled service while maintaining the highest standards of safety and comfort.

    Key Responsibilities:

    As a Cabin Attendant, you will assist in the procurement process for all new onboard items for new aircraft acquisitions and be responsible for keeping the aircraft clean before, during, and after a flight. You will maintain inventory on the aircraft, greet passengers as they arrive and depart, and assist them with inflight needs, including catering and luggage. The role requires ensuring passenger compliance with federal aviation regulations and planning and serving meals onboard. Maintaining the highest degree of confidentiality regarding passengers, itineraries, and company information is essential. The position is based out of Las Vegas, Nevada, with a flexible schedule subject to business, passenger, and aircraft owner needs. Additional duties may be assigned by management.


    Requirements

    The successful candidate must have at least 3-5 years of guest service experience in a luxury product environment. Current training for the existing fleet is highly desired, along with training and certifications in service and safety. The role requires expert customer service skills with superior attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication, and the ability to appropriately interact with passengers and coworkers at all levels. Candidates must be able to work in an enclosed aircraft, including sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods throughout the duration of scheduled flights. The ability to build genuine rapport with flight crew and passengers is essential. Flexibility is required to work nights, weekends, holidays, extended and overnight trips, sometimes with minimal notice.

    The physical requirements for a Cabin Attendant are considered reasonable and customary for those familiar with the role. Most working hours will be spent aboard small, mid, super-mid, and large aircraft of varying sizes. Cabin Attendants must be able to sit, stand, walk, stoop, or crouch for extended periods, depending on the trip duration, and must be able to lift up to 30 pounds without assistance.
