Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a warm and welcoming host above the clouds, enhancing the start and end of our guests' vacations.
- Ensure passenger safety on board while working in collaborative and open teams.
- Prepare the aircraft cabin and maintain operational procedures before, during, and after flights to make guests feel welcome and cared for.
- Perform Edelweiss onboard service and sales.
- Thoroughly review relevant documents before each flight to be optimally prepared for your rotation.
Requirements
- Completed basic education (apprenticeship, Matura, or equivalent).
- Proficiency in German (minimum C1) and English (minimum B2); additional languages are an advantage.
- Minimum two years of experience as a Cabin Crew Member at the time of entry.
- Passion for working with people and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Swiss or EU passport with a strong connection to Switzerland (understanding of Swiss German required).
- Well-groomed appearance with a warm demeanor (please review the tattoo policy in the application form).
- Enjoyment of teamwork, excellent communication skills, and a high level of empathy.
- Quick comprehension and strong learning ability.
- Men: Proof of completed military service, civil service, or exemption from service.
- Minimum height of 158 cm.
- Good swimming skills.
