Requirements
The successful candidate must be at least 18 years old with a minimum of two years of proven experience in a customer-facing role in a high-pressure environment, preferred. A natural passion for people, resilience in unforeseen circumstances, and adaptability to change are key to success. Applicants must hold NZ or Australian Citizenship, or NZ Permanent Residency, and have the ability to travel overseas with a valid passport of at least two years' validity. A full New Zealand driver’s license with reliable transport is required from the time of application. Strong communication skills are essential to ensure passenger safety and compliance. Candidates must be willing to work rostered shifts, weekends, and public holidays, and adhere to Air New Zealand’s Grooming and Uniform Standards.
