    Description

The NetJets Flight Attendant is responsible for delivering a superior air transportation experience while maintaining an impeccable safety record on every flight. As the face of NetJets Large Cabin, the Flight Attendant ensures both safe travel and an exceptional inflight service experience for every Owner and passenger. This role requires versatility, combining responsibilities as an inflight chef, service professional, and safety expert to provide a concierge-level experience. Maintaining a professional demeanor at all times is essential.

    Key Responsibilities:

As a Flight Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all Owners and passengers within the aircraft cabin, adhering to the Flight Attendant Manual (FAM), Service Procedures Checklist, and Standard Operating Procedures. Duties include conducting interior preflight checks, greeting and briefing passengers on aircraft features, and delivering safety briefings. You must be knowledgeable about all onboard safety, entertainment, and comfort features. Responsibilities also include obtaining catering when necessary, handling in-flight service—including alcohol service, catering presentation, and bed preparation—managing cabin baggage storage, and accommodating Owners traveling with pets or those who smoke. Working effectively in a team environment is essential, ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory guidelines. You will act as a liaison for Owners and passengers from arrival at the Fixed-Base Operator (FBO) until departure, report cabin maintenance issues to the Pilot in Command, and complete paperwork related to inventory management, passdowns, and crew reports. Additional duties may be assigned based on operational needs.
