Key responsibilities include curating an exceptional onboard ambiance, delivering refined dining experiences with attention to presentation and culinary excellence, managing a selection of luxury amenities, and maintaining the aircraft’s pristine condition. Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess a refined background in luxury hospitality, private aviation, or premium customer service, ensuring an unparalleled experience for high-profile clientele.
Successful candidates must have a minimum high school or vocational qualification with at least four years of relevant experience or a bachelor’s degree with at least three years of experience in private or first/business class aviation, five-star hotels, or luxury hospitality settings. Fluency in English is required, with additional language skills being highly desirable. Candidates should have an in-depth understanding of the expectations and lifestyles of ultra-high-net-worth individuals, demonstrating attentiveness, discretion, and impeccable personal presentation.
This role demands the ability to operate independently, managing solo and VIP flights with confidence while delivering flawless, intuitive service. A strong appreciation for fine dining, luxury beverages, and culinary curation is advantageous.
