As a Cabin Crew member, you will serve as Air Arabia's ambassador, aiming to boost customer loyalty and corporate image by enhancing customer experience. Your role involves providing excellent customer service, ensuring passenger safety and comfort, and ensuring productivity aligns with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Cabin Crew member, your responsibilities include ensuring punctual attendance, proper grooming, and fitness for assigned flights. You will attend pre-flight briefings to understand flight details, roles, and security procedures. Your role involves instructing passengers on safety protocols, addressing safety and security risks, administering first aid when needed, and promptly reporting irregularities to the Cabin Supervisor or Captain.
You will welcome passengers, assist with boarding formalities, and maintain excellent customer service by attending to individual needs and pre-bookings. You will also identify and assist passengers experiencing stress or difficulties, promoting a positive experience onboard.
Contributing to onboard revenue, you will actively promote meals, products, and the "Charity Cloud" program, ensuring proper handling of cash and credit card payments. Pre-flight responsibilities include checking supplies, emergency equipment, and catering items, reporting deficiencies to the Cabin Supervisor.
You will assist in maintaining cabin cleanliness at transit stations, ensure adequate re-catering, and oversee the proper handover of the cabin to catering, cleaning, or maintenance teams. Post-flight duties involve preparing reports, evaluating the Cabin Supervisor, and addressing any discrepancies or issues encountered during the flight.
When designated, you will carry out the duties of a Cabin Supervisor. You will also maintain professional and safety standards through recurrent training and workshops while striving to meet sales targets and contribute to team success.
Requirements
Candidates must be between 20 and 33 years old. Minimum height requirements are 160 cm for females and 170 cm for males. Weight must be proportionate to age and height. Candidates must have clear skin without visible marks or tattoos while wearing the uniform and be medically and physically fit to perform cabin crew duties. The ability to swim with a flotation device is essential.
Educational qualifications include a diploma or higher secondary certificate, with a diploma in travel or tourism being preferred. Training in first aid, safety, and emergency procedures is considered an added advantage. Candidates must be fit to fly, have good general health, and be free from serious medical conditions or chronic diseases. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Previous experience as cabin crew or in a customer service role within the airlines, aviation, or hospitality industries is considered an asset. An active cabin crew license is advantageous. Candidates must be capable of working in shift patterns and for extended hours, demonstrating high flexibility and adaptability to frequent changes and busy schedules. Additionally, must be able to contribute effectively and deliver against policies, procedures, and set key performance indicators (KPIs).
