    Silver Air is looking for an exceptionally professional and committed Lead GIV Cabin Attendant to enhance its Part 91 and Part 135 flight services, emphasizing a dedication to safety, comfort, and unmatched luxury.

    Key Responsibilities:

    As a Lead GIV Cabin Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service on Crew Part 91 and Silver Air Part 135 flights by proactively anticipating and addressing guest needs. You will communicate the range of available amenities to guests, ensuring they understand how to make the most of their in-flight experience. With a friendly and welcoming demeanor, you will create a positive impression when greeting and bidding farewell to guests.

    Your responsibilities include conducting thorough pre-flight inspections of the galley, cabin, and crew areas to ensure cleanliness, security, and readiness, and promptly informing the flight crew of the status. You will maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization within the aircraft interior before, during, and after flights, providing a comfortable environment for guests.

    You will collaborate effectively with the flight crew, adhere to the "Cabin Attendant Handbook" guidelines, and maintain Silver Air's high service standards. Managing catering orders and procuring flight essentials tailored to each flight is a key responsibility, ensuring a personalized and high-quality guest experience.

    Keeping the aircraft cabin fully stocked and organized according to Silver Air's standards will enhance the overall guest experience. You will prioritize safety and compliance in all duties and provide assistance with the Initial Cabin Setup as needed to ensure the aircraft's interior is ready for guests.

    Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000 / year.


    Requirements

    The successful candidate must demonstrate proficiency in providing high-end food and beverage services, as well as luxury service experiences tailored to the expectations of VVIP clients. A minimum of two years of experience as a Corporate Cabin Attendant is strongly preferred. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, alongside a knack for resourceful problem-solving and innovative approaches to challenges. The candidate should be highly organized, with meticulous attention to detail and strong time management capabilities. Extensive knowledge of food and beverage preparation, plating techniques, display aesthetics, and service standards is crucial. An intuitive understanding of client needs, supported by outstanding interpersonal skills, is required to deliver personalized service. Lastly, the candidate must maintain an impeccable standard of personal presentation at all times.
