RoyalJet is seeking a Flight Attendant to uphold the highest standards of safety and customer service onboard its aircraft, ensuring consistent service excellence. This role requires the ability to perform under pressure, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple tasks while exceeding guest expectations and addressing their requests.
Key Responsibilities:
As a RoyalJet Flight Attendant, your responsibilities include ensuring safety, delivering exceptional customer service, and adapting to the demands of a non-scheduled, high-pressure operational environment. You will execute onboard services as per the Cabin Service Manual, uphold service excellence and security standards, and provide valuable feedback to the Lead Flight Attendant to maintain current Guest profiles. Additionally, staying informed on private aviation trends, maintaining valid documentation, and adhering to company policies and confidentiality requirements are integral to the role.
Requirements
The successful candidate must have a minimum of a High School certificate, with a university degree preferred. They should have an excellent command of English, and additional languages will be considered an asset. The candidate must be a current flying crew member or have been out of service for no more than one year, with sound, justified reasons for the gap. Cabin Crew experience with a recognized international airline is required, with Premium Zone experience preferred. A valid flying crew license is preferable, along with prior completion of Ab Initio, SEP, Service, First Aid, and CRM trainings. The candidate should have impeccable grooming and etiquette, excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, and strong planning, organizing, and integration abilities. A high level of organizational commitment and attention to detail is essential, along with intermediate computer skills.
