What Your Journey with Us Entails:
- Acting as the brand's ambassador, embodying our commitment to first-class, discreet, and personalized service from pre-flight preparation to post-flight reporting.
- Meticulously preparing the cabin, ensuring all amenities, refreshments, and personalized touches are perfectly arranged before passenger arrival.
- Greeting guests warmly, often in their native language, and assisting with a seamless boarding and disembarkation process.
- Demonstrating thorough safety procedures while maintaining a calm and reassuring presence.
- Preparing and presenting food and beverages with the highest standard of care and presentation.
- Serving as the administrative lead onboard, managing cabin inventory, detailed concierge reporting, and maintaining precise flight documentation like the Cabin Defects Log and End of Flight Reports.
- Using your perceptiveness to tailor service, note passenger preferences for future journeys, and ensure every detail—from a favourite newspaper to enquiring about a personal milestone—feels effortlessly considered.
Who We Are Looking For?
We are searching for a professional who understands that in the world of VIP aviation, excellence is in the details. The ideal candidate possesses a blend of polished experience and genuine warmth.
- Proven experience as a Flight Attendant, with a strong preference for backgrounds in VIP, corporate, or business aviation.
- A naturally cheerful, discreet, and professional demeanor, with an impeccably groomed appearance and a collaborative team spirit.
- Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken), with the ability to converse confidently in a second language such as Arabic, German, French, Italian, or Spanish being a significant advantage.
- Resilience and familiarity with the demands of long-haul and irregular-hour operations, including overnight flights.
- An innate sense of hospitality, acute emotional intelligence, and the desire to build genuine rapport with passengers.
