As a VIP Inflight Services Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety and comfort of passengers throughout the flight. You will take proactive measures in managing every aspect of the cabin, ensuring a seamless experience. Part of your role will involve curating and providing an extraordinary dining experience, including menu planning, catering, and executing meal service to the highest standards. You will also be responsible for the organization and management of the cabin and galley, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Additionally, you will provide assistance to passengers before and after flights, attending to any special needs or requests they may have.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have a well-established career as a Flight Attendant, with a minimum of five years of experience in First or Business Class for a reputable Middle Eastern airline. You should possess strong proficiency in delivering high-quality customer service and meal service, and be certified in silver service techniques. Fluency in English is essential, along with a professional image and a warm, engaging demeanor. The ability to work independently, adjust to various situations, and cooperate effectively as part of a team is crucial. Additionally, you must maintain composure under pressure, supported by a robust work ethic and an optimistic attitude.
