    Description

    Royal Jordanian is seeking a dedicated Passenger Service Agent to deliver a seamless and positive travel experience for our passengers. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of passenger processing at the airport, ensuring efficient check-ins, smooth boarding, accurate baggage handling, and adherence to security protocols. A commitment to exceptional customer service and strict compliance with regulatory standards is essential. Your duties will include conducting timely passenger check-ins, ensuring check-in counters are operational and aligned with safety procedures, and accommodating Crown Class and special-needs passengers. You’ll make timely flight announcements, handle baggage check-ins and transfers within set time limits, and process baggage claims in cases of loss, delay, or damage. Additionally, you’ll ensure all required tags, forms, and documents are prepared, assist passengers during delayed flights, and uphold excellent customer service standards to ensure passenger satisfaction.


    Requirements

    To be successful in this role, candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Tourism Management or a related field, with 0 to 5 years of experience. Proficiency in English and strong computer skills are essential. You must demonstrate a high level of quality and security awareness, the ability to thrive under pressure, and exceptional customer service skills. Additionally, strong interpersonal abilities and effective time management are critical for success in this role.
