Description
As a JSX Flight Attendant, you will be responsible for providing a simple, reliable, and joyful experience for every customer while prioritizing safety. You will be trained in the proper use of cabin equipment and controls, and you will be well-versed in your assignments, functions, and responsibilities during emergencies such as ditching and evacuation, especially for passengers who may need special assistance.

You’ll receive online pay of $176.00 per day, along with paid training at $135 per day. Comprehensive health, dental, and life insurance, along with other benefits, are provided. In addition to your standard daily rate, you will also receive per diem. Your salary is guaranteed for 14 days per month. You will also be eligible for productivity pay and additional quarterly bonuses. Enjoy PTO accrual of 14 days in your first and second year, along with 401k benefits.
Requirements
To qualify for this role, applicants must be at least 21 years of age and possess strong verbal communication skills in English. The ability to speak a second language is a plus. Candidates should have a minimum of two years of face-to-face customer service experience and must hold a current and valid passport. A High School Diploma or GED is required. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. for any employer without requiring work sponsorship. Due to the size of the aircraft, applicants must be between 5'0" and 5'8" in height without shoes. Additionally, candidates must be willing to participate in pre-employment and random drug testing programs.
