VistaJet is looking for Cabin Host/Hostesses to join its flying team and act as brand ambassadors. In this role, you will take pride in understanding that each flight is special and meticulously planned, ensuring every customer has a tailored and unparalleled experience. Representing the brand to the highest standards globally, you will wear the VistaJet uniform with pride.
Responsibilities include maintaining the highest safety and comfort standards, being solely responsible for inflight service, and ensuring impeccable cabin presentation. You will be supported by global teams, providing the behind-the-scenes help needed to create unique, tailored customer experiences from their arrival.
The position follows a 17 days on/13 days off schedule, with a commitment to maintaining this pattern for stability, though some flexibility may be needed. The dynamic nature of this role offers daily new adventures, making it both exciting and unique within the world of VistaJet.
Training
VistaJet offers an opportunity to further develop your service skills and expertise by enrolling in an intensive 2-week training academy held in Malta. This program is designed to refine and expand your existing abilities, showcased during your performance at one of the Cabin Assessment days. The academy includes comprehensive medical and safety training to ensure that you are fully prepared to uphold client safety and comfort at all times. This rigorous training empowers you to deliver the exceptional level of service that VistaJet is known for, equipping you with the confidence and skills needed to excel in your role
Requirements
To qualify for this role, candidates must have a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service and excel at managing every detail to create a unique customer experience. A warm, friendly, and approachable demeanor is essential, as well as strong spoken and written English language skills. Applicants should have proven experience and confidence in working with high-net-worth individuals in luxury hospitality settings. Eligibility requires holding an EU, Swiss, or UK passport, along with the legal right to live and work in these regions. Additionally, candidates must be prepared to obtain a second passport from their home country for operational needs. Second passports are typically common, and support will be provided during the video interview stage before attending any assessment.
