Requirements
You’ll be the ideal candidate for Norwegian Cabin Crew if you meet the following criteria: You are over 20 years of age and can reach at least 210 cm when standing on your tiptoes, with a minimum height of 160 cm. You must be able to swim and have a clean criminal record. An unrestricted passport that allows for visa-free entry to Norwegian destinations and a valid work permit in the country you’re applying for are essential. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required, and speaking a Scandinavian language is a plus. You should live within 90 minutes of the chosen base or be willing to relocate. While it’s preferable to already have a Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA), you must at least be able to obtain one, along with a valid medical certificate if you don’t already have one from previous experience. Before hiring, a drug and alcohol test will be necessary.
Additionally, you must meet key safety requirements: obtaining an approved medical certificate (including a test for intoxication or alcohol), passing a background check for an admission card, and successfully completing an approved course.
