Arajet Airlines is seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Cabin Crew members.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and comfort of our passengers while providing exceptional customer service. Your role will involve enforcing company policies and safety protocols, handling emergency situations, and maintaining a secure and efficient cabin environment. You will represent the brand by embodying the airline’s mission and values, maintaining a professional appearance, and offering personalized service to passengers. Collaboration with fellow team members is essential, as you will promote effective communication and teamwork to ensure smooth operations. You will also be expected to demonstrate excellent communication skills in both routine and emergency situations, utilizing clear verbal and non-verbal cues. Your situational awareness will be crucial in identifying safety hazards, addressing risks, and ensuring a seamless travel experience for all passengers.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must be at least 18 years old and hold a secondary degree or its equivalent (preferably with higher education). Fluency in both spoken and written English is required, along with Dominican citizenship or validation of a foreign Flight Attendant license issued by the IDAC that allows you to operate on Dominican aircraft. You should have a valid and unrestricted passport and the ability to swim. Additionally, you must be tall enough to reach, open, and close the overhead compartments while standing. The role requires time availability and flexibility to transfer, the ability to handle pressure and stressful situations, and a strong sense of punctuality and reliability. The ideal candidate will possess a calm demeanor under pressure, a conscientious and dedicated work ethic, and an excellent attitude with a positive outlook. You should have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, exceptional customer service skills, and a strong ability to work effectively as part of a team.
