Allegiant Air Flight Attendants are dedicated to providing exceptional service to all passengers and team members. As a Flight Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of passengers. Your responsibilities will include pre-boarding security checks, assisting other crew members, providing guidance to passengers, and conducting pre-flight safety inspections. During routine flights, you will ensure passengers are seated and carry-on baggage is stored properly, while also advising them on safety regulations and procedures. In emergency situations, such as turbulence, medical emergencies, or unlawful acts, you will take swift action to prioritize the safety of all passengers and crew. Additionally, you will assess passengers for signs of intoxication or potential threats. To enhance the passenger experience, you will also be responsible for serving food and beverages, attending to the needs of passengers with special requirements, and effectively communicating flight information. Your duties will also involve completing necessary documentation, such as inventory and trip reports, and uploading onboard sales in a timely manner. Other tasks may be assigned as needed.

Requirements
To be eligible for this position, applicants must be at least 21 years old and have a high school diploma or GED. A minimum of one year of direct customer service experience is required, although a combination of education and experience will be considered. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. as per the Immigration Act of 1986 and pass a criminal background check. They should be able to perform all essential job functions, attend a 4 ½ week training session in Las Vegas (with shared accommodations), and be prepared for possible relocation at their own expense. The role requires the ability to react quickly and make sound judgments, as well as physical capabilities such as walking comfortably down the aircraft aisle, maneuvering through overwing exits, and fitting into a jump seat harness without modification. Candidates must also be able to fasten seatbelts efficiently in emergency situations. Basic computer skills, comfort with using a tablet, and ensuring that all forms of identification match are necessary. Proficiency in English for communication, instructions, and safety is essential, along with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds using tact and diplomacy. Candidates should demonstrate respect for other cultures, work well as part of a team, remain calm under pressure, assess situations promptly, and exercise good judgment.
