Volotea's main markets are France, Italy, Greece, and Spain. The airline operates from 21 bases across Europe, including:
- France: Nantes, Bordeaux, Toulouse, Marseille, Strasbourg, Lille, Lourdes, Lyon, Brest, and Rodez
- Italy: Venice, Verona, Palermo, Olbia, Florence, Bari, and Naples
- Greece: Athens
- Germany: Hamburg
- Spain: Asturias and Bilbao
Requirements
To qualify for this position, applicants must be over 18 years old, hold a valid European passport or work permit, and have a legal right to live and work within the Volotea network. Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in French, Italian, Spanish, German, Algerian, or Greek is a significant advantage. Candidates must also possess a valid Cabin Crew attestation from an EU country, pass an EASA medical assessment, and have no criminal records. Excellent communication skills, a customer-service-oriented mindset, and the ability to swim 100 meters are crucial requirements. While previous experience in aviation or customer service is valued, it is not mandatory. Applicants must also reside within 60 minutes of the airport they are applying for and adhere to Volotea's appearance guidelines, which prohibit visible tattoos or piercings that cannot be discreetly covered. Finally, candidates must be at least 157cm tall without shoes.
