What the Role Involves?
As Cabin Crew, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring each journey is safe, smooth, and enjoyable. You’ll manage inflight service, assist passengers with care, and be the reassuring presence they count on during every stage of the flight. Your calm under pressure, quick thinking, and friendly energy will make you a trusted face on board and a key ambassador of the Volotea brand.
Base Locations: Naples, Olbia, Verona, Venice & Palermo
Who We’re Looking For?
If you’re ready to take flight, here’s what you’ll need:
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Advanced level of English (B2 or above) — clear communication is key onboard
- Additional languages such as Italian, French, Spanish, German, Algerian Arabic, or Greek are a great plus
- A European passport and Codice Fiscale number (required for work eligibility)
- A valid Cabin Crew Attestation — or the motivation to complete training with us
- Fit to pass the EASA medical exam
- No criminal record
- Confident swimming ability (minimum 100 meters)
- Reside within 60 minutes of your assigned base
- Professional appearance with no visible tattoos or piercings
- Minimum height of 157 cm (without shoes) to access safety equipment onboard
