Description
Ryanair has an exciting opportunity for Cabin Crew to join its team in Marseille. This is a great chance to be part of Europe’s leading airline, delivering excellent service while ensuring passenger safety and comfort.
As a member of the Ryanair Group Cabin Crew family, you will be immersed in the company culture from day one, with endless career opportunities, including roles such as Cabin Supervisor, Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, or even aspiring to become the next Director of Inflight.
Life as Cabin Crew is both fun and rewarding but also demanding, with safety as the number one priority. You will need to be prepared for early and late shifts, reporting for duty as early as 5 AM on the morning roster and returning home as late as midnight on the afternoon roster. If you are not a morning person, this role may not be the right fit. However, if you are customer-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and bring enthusiasm to your work, this could be the perfect career for you.
No prior experience is necessary, as Ryanair provides comprehensive training courses that equip you with all the essential skills needed to ensure a safe and high-quality inflight experience. Upon successful completion, you will receive your ‘Cabin Crew Wings’ and be ready to take to the skies.
Requirements
The successful candidate must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and/or travel freely throughout the Ryanair network. Ryanair is looking for hardworking, flexible individuals with an outgoing and friendly personality who are adaptable and comfortable working on a shift roster. Candidates should enjoy interacting with the public, providing excellent customer service with a ‘can do’ attitude. Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written, are essential, as candidates must successfully pass an English Language Assessment. A passion for travel and meeting new people is also highly valued.
