    As a Cabin Crew member at Air Arabia, you will serve as the airline's ambassador, dedicated to fostering customer loyalty and promoting a positive corporate image. Your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire flight cycle, ensuring passenger safety and comfort. You will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism, adhere to company policies and procedures, and contribute to the overall success of the team.

    Your duties will include attending to pre-flight briefings, instructing passengers on safety procedures, identifying and addressing safety and security risks, administering first aid when necessary, and promptly reporting any irregularities to the Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, or Captain. You will also be responsible for welcoming passengers, assisting with boarding formalities, and providing ongoing customer service throughout the flight, addressing passengers' individual needs and requests.

    To contribute to the airline's revenue and charitable initiatives, you will actively promote on-board meals, products, and charity services, striving to achieve individual and team sales targets. You will handle cash and credit card payments securely and ensure that the aircraft cabin is adequately prepared for each flight, including cleaning, re-catering, and restocking duty-free products.

    After the flight, you will assist with post-flight briefings, evaluation reports, and the handover of the cabin to relevant staff. You may also be called upon to act as Cabin Supervisor in certain situations. To maintain your professional skills, you will be required to participate in recurrent trainings, emergency procedures training, and educational workshops, ensuring that your qualifications remain up-to-date. Ultimately, your success will depend on your ability to work effectively as part of a team, achieve your assigned sales targets, and consistently deliver exceptional customer service.


    Requirements

    To qualify for this position, applicants must possess a diploma or higher secondary certificate, with a diploma in Travel/Tourism being preferred. Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply. Prior experience as cabin crew or in a customer service role within the Airlines/Aviation/ or hospitality industries is valued. Additional qualifications such as First Aid, Safety, and Emergency Procedures training are considered advantageous, as is an active cabin crew license. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fluency in English are essential, while other languages are beneficial based on the specific airline's requirements. Candidates must be in good physical and mental health, with a presentable appearance and a positive, customer-oriented attitude. Candidates should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be able to handle challenging situations with professionalism, and demonstrate adaptability to shift work and frequent changes. Strong time management, teamwork, initiative, and a commitment to delivering results are also key requirements.
