Join Air Arabia as Cabin Crew in Cairo!
Air Arabia is looking for upbeat, service-driven individuals to join its cabin crew team in Cairo—people who take pride in being the face of the airline and creating an experience passengers will want to return for. In this role, you’ll be a key ambassador for the brand, ensuring every customer feels welcomed, supported, and safe from the moment they board until they step off the aircraft. You’ll operate with professionalism, confidence, and readiness, consistently meeting the airline’s performance and safety standards while contributing to a smooth and enjoyable flight environment.
Your Role and Responsibilities
As part of the cabin crew, your day starts long before takeoff. You’ll arrive on time, fully prepared, and ready to participate in the pre-flight briefing, where roles, safety considerations, service flow, and operational details are reviewed. Throughout the flight, you’ll guide passengers through safety procedures, monitor the cabin for any risks, and respond calmly and efficiently to unexpected situations. Should medical issues arise, you will be confident in administering first aid and escalating matters to the Cabin Supervisor or cockpit crew when necessary.
Customer service is at the heart of this role. You’ll greet passengers with genuine warmth, help them settle in, and manage any special requests or pre-booked services. Some travelers may be anxious, confused, or distressed, and your patience and empathy will make a meaningful difference. You’ll also support Air Arabia’s inflight sales and charity initiatives, handling cash and card transactions securely and contributing to team revenue targets.
Before each departure, you’ll check that the cabin is fully stocked and that all emergency and catering equipment is available and functional. During turnarounds, you’ll help ensure the cabin is cleaned and reset quickly and that all onboard materials are replenished. After landing, you’ll document any issues, support post-flight reports, and participate in evaluations and handovers. At times, you may be designated to act as Cabin Supervisor, managing the team and overall cabin performance.
To stay sharp and compliant, you’ll attend recurrent training, maintain your operational knowledge, and ensure your licenses and skills are always up to date. This position requires resilience, adaptability, and a team-minded attitude—every flight brings new challenges, and success depends on how well you work with colleagues and passengers alike.
