Requirements
The successful candidate must be at least 21 years old and have a high school diploma (Portuguese 12º Year). Fluency in English is required, with preference for an additional language. Minimum height requirements are 1.60m for women and 1.70m for men. Candidates must have good swimming skills and be available for long periods abroad. The role requires responsibility, maturity, and a team-oriented mindset. A friendly personality, customer-oriented approach, and willingness to serve are essential qualities.
