Requirements
- Upon starting, you should have completed a basic education (vocational training, high school diploma, etc.) and demonstrate a passion for interacting with people and a customer-oriented mindset. Additionally, you should be highly resilient and possess a strong sense of responsibility.
- Excellent conversational skills in German (minimum level C1) and English (minimum level B2); additional language skills are an advantage.
- Swiss or EU passport with a strong connection to Switzerland (Swiss German must be understood).
- A well-groomed and engaging appearance with great warmth (please note the regulations regarding tattoos in the application form).
- Enjoyment of teamwork, excellent communication skills, and a strong sense of empathy.
- Quick learner and highly adaptable.
- For men: Proof of completed basic military service (RS), civilian service, or confirmation of unfitness for service.
- Minimum height of 158 cm and strong swimming skills.
- Physically fit and able to swim
