Description
As a Cabin Crew member, you will play a key role in ensuring passenger safety, comfort, and service excellence.
Your responsibilities will include assisting pilots in the safe and efficient conduct of flights, promptly notifying the pilot in command of any cabin emergencies, and maintaining safety standards in the passenger cabin, galley, and other aircraft areas. You will brief passengers on safety equipment and cabin procedures, ensuring their comfort in line with company policies while serving as a vital link between passengers and the flight deck crew.
Additionally, you will execute and coordinate cabin safety and emergency procedures, keep the flight deck informed of irregularities and malfunctions, and perform VIP pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight duties. Responsibilities also encompass cleaning the aircraft, galley, cabin, and bathrooms, as well as preparing and delivering VIP 5-star menus and catering within the charter budget.
Other duties include managing dining presentation, completing and handing over relevant cabin documentation, restocking and maintaining the aircraft, and adhering to personal hygiene, uniform upkeep, and document management. VIP knowledge, etiquette, and protocol are essential, as is compliance with internal and external regulations governing business conduct.
Requirements
To be eligible for this role, applicants must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in regional and business aviation. Fluency in written and spoken English is required, and knowledge of additional languages would be an advantage. Candidates must hold a GCAA Cabin license or an equivalent qualification, along with a valid SEP license. Prior business aviation experience is also essential for this position.
