Description
The Ground Stewardess is responsible for overseeing lounge operations in Dubai and delivering exceptional customer service to all VVIP, VIP, and CIP Gulf Air passengers. Key duties include meeting and assisting passengers upon arrival and departure, handling luggage, and coordinating immigration, transportation, accommodation, and special requests. The Ground Stewardess will maintain close communication with various departments to ensure smooth operations and VIP satisfaction. Additionally, the Stewardess will collaborate with the Lounge Supervisor in managing lounge amenities, addressing passenger complaints, and fostering positive relationships with relevant stakeholders to guarantee seamless passenger handling.
Requirements
To be eligible for this role, candidates must have a minimum of three years of relevant experience and possess strong English language skills, both written and spoken, equivalent to a National Diploma level. Proficiency in computer systems, specifically DCS and Falcon, is essential.
