Description
Norwegian is currently searching for dedicated individuals to join its Cabin Crew talent pool in Barcelona.
Whether you're new to the industry or have prior experience, Norwegian offers Permanent Seasonal Contracts to both inexperienced and experienced candidates. You'll join an intensive Cabin Crew training course and receive comprehensive instruction to become a skilled member of the Norwegian Cabin Crew team. Upon completion, you will earn official certification.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must be a Spanish resident with a valid ID or NIE number, a Spanish Social Security number, and be over 20 years old. You should also have a height of at least 160 cm or be able to reach 210 cm on tiptoes, possess strong swimming skills, and have a clean criminal record. Additionally, you must hold an unrestricted passport that allows visa-free entry to your destinations and a valid working permit in the country you are applying from. While not mandatory, having a Cabin Crew Attestation/CCA and a valid medical certificate (either from previous experience or a newly obtained one) is preferred. Before hiring, you will be required to undergo a drug and alcohol test. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential. Ideally, you should live within 90 minutes of your chosen base.

You should possess excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with customers and colleagues. The ability to plan, organize, and adapt to changing priorities is crucial. Reliability, strong attention to detail, and the willingness to work full-time irregular hours are also essential qualities. Finally, you should have high energy levels, resilience, and a strong work ethic.
Other Requirements:
You will need to provide an approved medical certificate, including a test for intoxication/alcohol. Additionally, you must pass a background check to obtain an admission card and successfully complete a required course.
