What it takes to be a SkyWest Flight Attendant
To join the SkyWest team as a Flight Attendant, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

- Height requirement: Between 5’0” and 6’0” without shoes (due to aircraft size).
- Must be able to pass a DOT/FAA pre-employment drug test and background investigation.

While SkyWest provides accommodation and transportation to/from the facility, you'll be responsible for most other expenses like meals, laundry, and training attire. Relocation costs, proper shoes, luggage, and a lunch bag may also be necessary. Importantly, trainees don't receive holiday or per diem pay during this period.
