Singapore Airlines will be conducting interviews for cabin crew in Singapore.
Training
Successful applicants will embark on a rigorous four-month training program, one of the industry's most extensive. This comprehensive curriculum covers:
- Product Knowledge: Including food and beverage
- Service Excellence: Procedures, passenger handling, and deportment
- Communication: Language skills and effective communication
- Safety and Emergency Response: Procedures and first aid
- Upon successful completion, you will commence your flying duties.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants must be at least 18 years old due to legal restrictions, possess a pleasant personality, and be service-oriented. Fluency in English and strong communication skills are essential for interacting with international customers. To meet safety and emergency protocols onboard, a minimum height of 1.58 meters for females and 1.65 meters for males is required. Additionally, candidates must have at least 5 GCE 'O' Level credits, including English, or a Higher Nitec qualification or above. Successful applicants must be able to start working within three months of applying.
