Description
Emirates is travelling around the world to find the best candidates for its cabin crew team. Candidates are advised to complete an application online to be selected for Emirates invitation-only recruitment events.
Emirates offers a starting salary of AED 4,835 per month, with a flying pay of AED 66.30 per hour, based on an average of 80-100 hours per month. The average total pay is AED 10,802 per month (~USD 2,940, EUR 2,755 or GBP 2,330), with meal allowances for night stops credited to the salary in arrears the following month. The company provides hotel accommodation and airport transportation.
Furnished accommodation is provided free of charge, including utilities, and two/three colleagues share a two/three bedroom apartment. After a probationary period, you may request to move to another apartment pending availability. Visitors are not allowed past 01:00 unless they are Emirates (EK) crew. You can have two family members visit at the same time and stay in your accommodation twice a year for a maximum of 30 days each visit.
Transportation is provided by the company to/from work and to/from Training College. Leave and leave travel is 30 calendar days per year, with one firm free annual leave ticket provided to your country of origin. The ticket can be changed to any EK destination after 3 years of service.
All cabin crew are insured on a 24-hour worldwide basis under life insurance and personal accident insurance policies. Emirates provides a comprehensive package for medical and dental services at designated Emirates Clinics. A non-contributory end of service benefit (EOSB) is provided upon contract completion.
Requirements
To be considered for Emirates cabin crew, candidates must be fluent in both written and spoken English, possess a strong team spirit and outgoing personality, and stand at least 160cm tall while being able to reach a height of 212cm. Additionally, applicants must meet the UAE's employment visa criteria, be at least 21 years old, have a minimum of one year of hospitality or customer service experience, and hold a minimum of high school diploma (Grade 12). Visible tattoos are not permitted while wearing the Emirates cabin crew uniform.
