    Air Arabia is on the lookout for dedicated and safety-oriented Cabin Crew members to join its team, based in Sharjah or Abu Dhabi. As the airline’s ambassadors, Cabin Crew play a key role in enhancing the overall customer experience, promoting a positive corporate image, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and comfort throughout the flight.     Key Responsibilities:

    As a Cabin Crew member, you are responsible for ensuring punctuality, personal grooming, and readiness for assigned flights, attending briefings to understand flight specifics and assigned duties. Your primary focus is passenger safety, which includes demonstrating safety procedures, identifying and addressing risks in coordination with the Cabin Supervisor, administering first aid when needed, and reporting any irregularities to the Flight Crew or Captain. You play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service by welcoming passengers, assisting with boarding, addressing individual needs, and resolving any difficulties in line with company policies. Additionally, you support onboard sales and the “Charity Cloud” program by promoting products and handling payments responsibly. You conduct pre-flight checks on supplies and equipment, ensure cleanliness and readiness of the cabin at transit points, and manage handovers with ground staff. After each flight, you participate in debriefings, report issues, evaluate supervisors when required, and take responsibility for passenger conduct when assigned as Cabin Supervisor. Maintaining your professional qualifications through regular training is essential, and your overall contribution supports team goals, safety standards, and sales objectives.


    Requirements

    The successful candidate must be between 20 to 26 years old for those without previous experience as Cabin Crew, and up to 33 years old for experienced candidates. A Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate is acceptable, while a diploma in Travel or Tourism is considered a plus. Fluency in written and spoken English is required, and fluency in Arabic is preferred. Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Office, and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Previous experience as cabin crew or in a customer service role in the airlines, aviation, or hospitality industries is an added value. Holding an active cabin crew license, and training in First Aid, Safety, and Emergency Procedures are considered advantages. The candidate must be medically and physically fit to perform Cabin Crew duties, with no serious medical conditions or chronic diseases, and fit to fly. The ability to swim with the aid of a flotation device is required. The minimum height is 160 cm for females and 168 cm for males, with weight proportionate to age and height. Clear skin with no visible marks or tattoos while wearing the uniform is required. The candidate must be capable of working in a shift pattern and extended hours, show high flexibility and adaptability to frequent changes and busy schedules, and demonstrate the ability to contribute and deliver successfully against policies, procedures, and set KPIs.
