Description
Flyadeal is seeking dynamic and enthusiastic Cabin Crew Members. As a cabin crew member, you will ensure passenger safety, provide excellent customer service, assist with boarding and deboarding, serve and sell food, respond to passenger requests, conduct pre-flight safety checks, assist with aircraft cleaning and restocking, participate in ongoing training and development, and adhere to flyadeal's policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements
Applicants must have a minimum of a high school diploma and be fluent in English. Additional languages are advantageous. Candidates must meet Flyadeal's BMI and height requirements, with a minimum height of 160 cm. Physical fitness is essential, including the ability to lift and carry heavy objects. Applicants must have an arm span of at least 212 cm while on tiptoes and be able to pass a medical examination. Visible tattoos or piercings while wearing the uniform are not permitted. Dental health is a requirement. Candidates must possess a valid passport and be willing to travel frequently, including to all routes and destinations served by Flyadeal. Swimming ability of 50 meters unattended is necessary. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to remain calm under pressure, are crucial. Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred. Flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is essential. A professional demeanor and impeccable grooming are expected.
