Your Role: Ambassador of Safety and Hospitality!
As a Cabin Crew member with flyadeal, you are a trained safety professional and a gracious host. You will be responsible for ensuring every flight is secure, smooth, and enjoyable. From conducting precise safety checks to offering attentive service with a smile, you will ensure our guests feel confident and cared for from boarding to arrival. You'll work as part of a close-knit team in a fast-paced environment, representing our brand with pride wherever we fly.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Prioritizing the safety and security of all guests and crew by strictly following aviation regulations and company procedures.
- Conducting safety demonstrations and pre-flight checks with confidence and clarity.
- Providing friendly, professional, and attentive service throughout the flight, assisting guests with needs and inquiries.
- Responding calmly and effectively to any situation, from special guest requests to potential in-flight emergencies.
- Managing onboard service, including the sale of meals, beverages, and products.
- Ensuring the cabin is clean, tidy, and prepared to our high standards before and after each flight.
- Actively participating in all required recurrent training, safety drills, and team development sessions.
What You Bring to Our Cabin?
We are looking for candidates who embody a spirit of service, resilience, and professionalism. To qualify for this exciting opportunity, you must meet the following requirements:
- A minimum of a High School Diploma.
- Fluency in spoken and written English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a valuable asset.
- A minimum height of 160 cm with the ability to reach 212 cm while on tiptoes.
- Ability to meet flyadeal's medical and BMI standards, and pass a comprehensive medical examination.
- Capability to swim at least 50 meters unaided.
- Physical fitness to perform all safety-related duties and manage the demands of the role.
- A professional appearance with no visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform.
- A valid passport allowing unrestricted travel on all flyadeal routes.
- A genuine customer-focused attitude and willingness to work a highly flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is highly regarded.
