Flyadeal is seeking dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join its team as Cabin Crew Members. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of all passengers and crew during flights, providing exceptional customer service, assisting with boarding and deboarding, serving and selling food, beverages, and onboard products, and responding promptly to passenger requests and inquiries. Additional responsibilities include conducting pre-flight safety checks, assisting in cleaning and restocking the aircraft between flights, and participating in ongoing training and development programs. This position requires adherence to Flyadeal’s policies and procedures at all times and offers a rewarding opportunity for individuals passionate about customer care and aviation.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, applicants must hold a minimum of a high school diploma, be fluent in English (with additional languages considered a plus), and meet the company’s BMI requirements. Applicants must also meet a minimum height requirement of 160 cm, possess a minimum arm span of 212 cm while standing on tiptoes, and be physically fit to lift and carry heavy objects. A medical examination must be passed, and candidates must have no visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the uniform, along with no dental issues. A valid passport and eligibility to travel on all Flyadeal routes and destinations are required. Candidates must be able to swim 50 meters unaided and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to remain composed under pressure is essential, and prior experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred. Applicants must also be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and present a professional demeanor with impeccable grooming.
