flydubai offers a competitive compensation package including a base salary, housing allowance, and transportation allowance totaling AED 8,275. Additional income is generated through variable flying pay, averaging AED 3,896 per month based on 80 flying hours. A training bond of approximately AED 9,700 is required for the first year of employment.

Requirements
Candidates must be at least 21 years old, with a minimum height of 158 cm, and in excellent physical condition. A high school diploma is required, and international aviation experience and one year of customer service or sales experience are advantageous. Fluency in English (both spoken and written), and preferably Arabic or another language, is essential. Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor are essential for interacting with passengers. A valid passport for unrestricted travel is mandatory. The ideal candidate is a motivated, reliable, and hardworking team player who enjoys working with diverse cultures, takes pride in their appearance, and can confidently wear a uniform. No visible tattoos or piercings are permitted. Water competency, including the ability to climb into a survival raft while wearing a flotation device, is a requirement. Passion, friendliness, and a fun-loving attitude are highly valued.
