Description
As a Flight Attendant, you are responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of Royal Jordanian passengers. Your duties include welcoming passengers, making announcements, assisting with seating problems, leading emergencies, checking seat belts and galleys, serving meals and refreshments, demonstrating safety procedures and equipment use, carrying out pre-flight duties, ensuring the aircraft is clean and tidy, loading landing cards, and checking first aid equipment. At the end of a flight, you must ensure passengers disembark safely, ensuring no luggage is left in overhead lockers, toilets, and galley areas. Additionally, you must complete all flights-related paperwork, such as stock control and logging faults, and liaise with ground staff. Your role is crucial in maintaining a safe and comfortable travel experience for all passengers.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates must have a high school degree, proficiency in English, communication skills, customer service, safety and security consciousness, time management skills, and a height of 158CM in proportion to weight.
