As a Royal Jordanian Flight Attendant, you are the heart of our in-flight experience. Your day is about creating a seamless and reassuring journey, from the moment passengers step on board until they disembark. This role requires genuine care, sharp situational awareness, and the ability to lead with a calm, friendly presence.
You will be the go-to person for everything, from a simple question to managing unexpected situations, always representing our airline with grace and professionalism.
A Day in Your Life on Board:
- Providing a welcoming and helpful boarding experience, assisting passengers as they settle in.
- Conducting clear and confident safety demonstrations, ensuring passengers understand all procedures.
- Delivering attentive in-flight service, including meals and refreshments, with a keen eye for special requests.
- Being visibly present and proactive throughout the cabin, addressing needs and keeping passengers informed.
- Diligently performing all pre-flight and post-flight safety and security checks of the cabin, equipment, and galley.
- Taking charge with composure during any unusual situations, providing first aid and clear guidance if needed.
- Completing necessary post-flight reports and liaising with ground crews to ensure a smooth transition for every flight.

- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Strong proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

- The ability to manage time and multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Your weight must be in proportion to a minimum height of 170cm, in line with the operational requirements of the role and our service standards.
