Emirates is travelling around the world to find the best candidates for its cabin crew team. Candidates are advised to complete an application online to be selected for Emirates invitation-only recruitment events.
Requirements
The successful candidate must be at least 21 years old with a minimum of high school (Grade 12) education. Fluency in written and spoken English is required, with additional languages considered an advantage. Candidates should be natural team players with a shining personality and have at least one year of experience in hospitality or customer service. A minimum height of 160 cm and the ability to reach 212 cm high are required. No visible tattoos while in the Emirates cabin crew uniform are allowed. Candidates must also meet the UAE’s employment visa requirements.

Grade II (Economy Class) Starting Monthly Salary: The salary structure comprises a fixed basic salary, hourly pay for operated flights, and an overseas meal allowance.
Basic Salary: AED 4,835 per month.
Flying Pay: AED 66.30 per flight hour, based on an average of 80-100 hours per month.
Average Monthly Pay: Approximately AED 10,802 (equivalent to ~USD 2,940, EUR 2,755, or GBP 2,330). Note: These figures are approximate for Grade II (Economy Class). Meal allowances for night stops are credited to the following month's salary. Emirates also provides hotel accommodation and transport to and from the airport.
Concessional Travel: Emirates staff travel benefits are accessible as per the Staff Travel Manual, with additional travel perks on other airlines available through inter-airline agreements and policies.
Accommodation: Crew members are provided with furnished housing at no cost, including utilities like water and electricity. The accommodation is shared with two or three colleagues of the same gender. Each member has a private bedroom, while the kitchen and living area are shared. In some three-bedroom apartments, two people may share a second bathroom. After completing the probationary period, crew members can request to move to another apartment based on availability. Security measures restrict visitors after 01:00, except for Emirates crew, with allowances for two family members to stay for up to 30 days, twice a year.
Transport: Transportation is provided for commutes to and from work and the Training College.
Leave and Leave Travel: Crew members receive 30 calendar days of leave per year. After three years of service, the annual leave ticket to the country of origin can be exchanged for a ticket to any Emirates destination.
Medical and Insurance: Emirates ensures 24-hour worldwide insurance coverage, including life and personal accident insurance policies. Cabin Crew members receive comprehensive medical and dental care at designated Emirates Clinics. Additionally, a non-contributory End of Service Benefit (EOSB) is awarded as a lump sum upon completion of the contract, based on the salary scale.
